TYPES OF GRANTS AND FOUNDATIONS

There are a variety of different entities that have funds to support nonprofit organizations through grants.  The grants or applications to request funding range from short and simple to very lengthy and complex.  Funders typically have a defined timeline for submission and approval for awarding of funding requests as well as a timeline for outcome reporting.
